We experienced an outage in our back end systems on Thursday, June 11 2026 which prevented use of our web site;
including access to our Knowledgebase, support portal, and activation tools.
All functionality was fully restored before 23:00 EDT.
We have an extensive collection of sample applications / demos on our github.

The best way to reach support is to create a support case.
You can do so 24 hours a day, 7 days a weeek.
Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Eastern / New York Time).
Cases that come in during off hours will be replied to during the first available business day.
